GO-EuroMed Conferences
Dissemination beyond the research community is a key feature of the GO-EuroMed project. Success
in this area will be measured through the level of participation of non-specialists in the project’s four
major public milestones – the conferences that will take place in Berlin, Istanbul, Cairo and Brussels.
Policymakers, business people, labour representatives, civil society figures, journalists and other
interested citizens will be invited to participate in these events. Sponsorship will be sought, providing
an instant measure of the level of wider interest in the project and its goals. The conferences will be
advertised and open to the general public.
